14-Day Free Returns
We offer free returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued through bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.
Exchanges
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
